» Initial Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your business. Getting to know your business helps us to design a website that best represents your needs, goals, and the message you want to present for your overall "Online Presence". Here we also discuss the "look and feel" of your new website design, as well as the initial discussion of content for your site. If you are also using us as your
Seach Engine Optimization Consultant, and/or your
Social Networking Services Consultant, we will discuss those tasks at this time as well.
» Proposal
We will give you a detailed written proposal which outlines exactly what we will do, what we will need from you, and the costs and payment plan. We ask at this point for a deposit (usually 50%), and then we get to work on the website design.
» Design Phase
Based on what we learned in our initial meetings, we will present you with a few design ideas for the website. These are intented to give you an idea of how the site will look, how it it going to be layed-out, and how the navigation will work. There will be some "back and forth" in this phase, with lots of opportunity for you to give feedback on the design, until we develop a final site "template" with which you are 100% satisfied. Also at this time, we will take care of some of the housekeeping items such as domain name registration, establish the hosting account, and create email accounts if needed.
» Basic Optimization
All of the websites we design will have a very basic level of Search Engine Optimization, but if you've hired us to be your Seach Engine Optimization Consultant, we will begin this task at this time.

» Website Development Phase
Once the design has been finalized, we begin the process of coding your website to add the functionality that makes it all work. While this is taking place, we also work with you on Website Content - which is the text and images that will go on your site. We can assist with the development of website content that is interesting enough to capture and keep your audience. This process goes hand-in-hand with our Seach Engine Optimization consulting.
» Acceptance Testing
We provide a private online area for you to review the website and provide feedback and input to the design process. Again we will go back and forth as often as needed until you are 100% satisfied.
» Search Engine Optimization and Social Networking Services
Prior to launch, we will perform several tasks associated with search engine optimization consulting, and social media marketing consulting, if applicable.
» Website Launch
We launch your website to the general public, and submit it to the major search engines and directories, such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo!
» Maintenance and Upkeep
When your site needs to be updated, we hope you'll turn to us to do the job. We provide website updates at a very affordable hourly rate, or if you know that the site will need to be updated frequently, we can devise a monthly maintenance package that will help save you some money.
