In our strategy meeting with GHI Trucking, located in Hudson, NY, we were able to determine that the biggest need was not necessarily more shipping clients, but to attract and retain great drivers and employees.

We were able to produce 58 solid inquiries in the first month. An increase of approximately 40% in the first month alone.

Core Care Physical Therapy needed a well thought out content plan. We designed the site around the content and then partnered with them to write some of the content for the site. We build a clean, easy to navigate site that allows patients to request an appointment call-back. The design is meant to make the patient feel at ease.

Getman Sweeney & Dunn is a law firm in Kingston, NY that specialized in Worker's Comp cases. We developed a new website based on a simple, clean design and built it on WordPress to allow them to make updates themselves. We rebuilt the calculator and questionanaire to fit the new site, and created several "custom post types" to handle their cases, industries served and other data. Once the site was complete, as with all of our clients, we added them to our Care Plan so that we can protect the site and back it up everyday to an offsite location.

We teamed with our longtime friends at K2 Creative Services to develop a design that pops - showing off CTC Event's talents with great video and images on a nice responsive design that works well on all devices.

Ulster County Italian American foundation is located in Kingston, NY and serves all of Ulster County. We created a new design with an emphasis on color and vivid photography. Much of the photography was done by Wiltwyck - and the website ties in the colors of the Italian flag, as well as their beloved Azzurri blue. We built the website on WordPress to allow them to make updates themselves. To satisfy their need to make it easy to apply for membership, we tied to the PayPal gateway and set up membership payment and donations. Several online forms were created to allow for membership application, festival sponsor application, etc.

We are happy to sponsor the Kingston Kiwanis Club (Kingston, NY) in their effort each year to give back to the community. As part of our mission to give back to our local community, we built and maintain this site as well as the Kiwanis Kingston Classic website. We look forward to a long relationship with the Kingston Kiwanis Club.

The Time and the Valleys Museum, located in Grahamsville, NY, is a living and interactive resource that preserves the past, educates the present and ensures the uniqueness of the Rondout and Neversink watersheds for all generations.

We developed a new website based on a simple, clean design and built it on WordPress to allow them to make updates themselves. We developed proprietary software to interface with their museum database to keep the website and the database in synch. We built an online store, and a membership area, as well as an upload function to allow site visitors to upload historic photos and documents to the museum director for inclusion on the website.

The Village of Tivoli, NY needed a nice fresh look, but more importantly a way to organize the content so that it was easy to keep up to date, and easy for residents and visitors to navigate.

We used our tried and true methods for municipality websites which have served us well over the years. We came up with a logical, clean design built around a content plan that organized the village's content into different "documents" and "notices" - so it is now easy to upload minutes, public notices and important documents - and of course easy for site users to find what they need. We also built into the site an easy and very noticable method for displaying important and/or emergency messages.

European Travel Whisperer is a Travel Agent located in Woodstock, NY that focuses on luxury travel to European destinations. They turned to us for a full Discovery Session to help them truly evaluate the business, their services, their target audience, and their marketing.

We found out the company's sweet-spot: what they love to do, what they are good at doing, and what makes money. The intersection of those three things was basically group tours to Europe - and specifically trips of about 20-25 people, with the focus on food, wine and cultural experiences.
Based on this sweet-spot, we encouraged them to focus almost exlusively on those trips, and guided them to seek out joint-venture partnerships with local chefs and wine experts who already have a following - with an interest in traveling to the areas from which they source their food and wine. We also encouraged them to team up with local wineries here in NY and build three-way partnerships with chefs and these wineries - with local wine tours being part of the whole travel experience.

Benner's Gardens of Hudson, NY wanted to rank for "Deer Fence", but when they came to us their site structure and content was a complete mess. After working on their SEO for 5 - 6 months, we were able to get them in the Top 5 for Deer Fence and Deer Fencing, and about 30 other terms onto the first page of Google.

We increased their sales by more than 55% above the previous year.

Alison Haley Paul is a contemporary artist based in San Diego, California. She creates amazing landscapes with oils and cold wax and the results are stunning. We created Alison's first website in 2010, and when she needed a site that was a bit more modern, mobile friendly, and really showed off the texture and depth of her work, she turned to us again. Alison is a Care Plan client as well, and we're proud to call her part of the Wiltwyck Family.

Another opportunity to work with a long-time client, the new MHA In Ulster website needed to be mobile friendly, show diversity, be modern and fresh, and easy to navigate, while keeping their community up to date on news and events happening in Ulster County in the Mental Health space.
