Ulster County Italian American Foundation

Pete Perry and his team rescued the Ulster County Italian American Foundation by giving us an interactive, well designed and attractive new website. We had a very good experience with him right from the beginning. He described the process and asked us several probing questions about what we wanted in our new website, what kind of functionality we wanted and then presented a draft that we could critique and react to. The end product was an outstanding blend of Italian cultural presence and a website that not only “POPS”, but gives anyone who goes on the site, an overview what we do, and how we do it!

After a couple of failed website attempts with other vendors, I was about to give up. Then I called Wiltwyck and your team exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

Building a website is difficult and time-consuming, but you guys made it easy. You hit the bullseye design-wise with your first suggestion and kept adding features and elements that made it better and better. I liked the way you offered suggestions, pitched ideas, and guided us through the process. Since launch, everyone (including our board!) has raved about the new site and its functionality.

Town of Shandaken

This letter is to thank you for the tremendous work and service your company has provided to the Town of Shandaken. As you well know, during the transition from the last administration in the Town of Shandaken, the former Supervisor’s wife had removed the Town ‘s Official Website. The Town, over the next few months tried diligently to restore the site, with little success as most access and passwords were unavailable and we had not cached most of the pages and information contained on the previous site.

The Town then decided to re-make the Town website with several intentions: 1) Make the site more accessible and easier to navigate. 2) Make it simpler to update. 3) Offer more information about our Town’s assets 4) Update the appearance to illustrate the beauty of the area.

After interviewing several individuals to help us in this capacity, Wiltwyck Web Design was selected because of the simplicity of the site promised, the capacity to update it and the artistry of the site proposed. When finished, the Town of Shandaken Town Board was impressed with the look and navigation of the pages. As a not-so-web-savvy Town Supervisor, I was impressed with how easy it was/is to update the site at a moments notice. We had several “State of Emergencies” declared in the Town over the past months and I, as Town Supervisor, was able to update the public as to road closings and emergency areas as the emergencies occurred.

Your work also allowed the Town a considerable cost savings to the taxpayers as I and the Town Clerk are now able to update the site, alleviating the Town of the need for a “Webmaster” position.

After it’s re-invention and release, Town residents also complimented on the beauty of the site. We live in a recreational tourist destination and the photos and appeal of the pages were what many residents had asked for over multiple years.

I also have to commend Wiltwyck, specifically you Pete, for your readiness and diligence in assisting us when we have questions.

In closing, Wilwyck Web Design has performed over and above any expectations we had in remaking our Town of Shandaken website (shandaken.us). Town of Plattekill, NY

The Town of Plattekill has launched a new and exciting website. Under the direct experience, expertise and gentle guidance of Pete Perry and Wiltwyck Information Systems, our once outdated and boring website now shines like a new penny!

Pete met with Supervisor, Joseph Croce and the website publicist to find out exactly what the Town of Plattekill needs. Pete explained the many options that are available for content and design layout. After hearing all the possibilities, Pete mapped out a test site for us to view the progress of our much anticipated new website.

Working with Pete has been a real pleasure. His experience helped us greatly hone in on every possible detail. Conversation after conversation always proved enlightening. Pete would point out what “works” and what wouldn’t “work”. Thus saving valuable time and getting the website up and running.
